However you arrange the evening, The Gardens offers a relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy themselves from start to finish.

At Gardens at Old Town, every wedding reception includes thoughtful details designed to make your celebration unforgettable.
- Use of The Gardens at Old Town for 8 hours, including 3 hours for decorating, 1 hour for cocktails, and 4 hours for your reception
- Indoor and outdoor reception options (or both!)
- Up to 20 round dining tables and 5 rectangular tables with set up included
- Seating for up to 200 guests indoors and 300 outdoors, with up to 10 guests per table
- Choose a caterer from our list to ensure a smooth event
- Provide your own alcoholic beverages (must be served by our partnered TABC-licensed and insured bartending service)

Reception Only Packages
Our maximum indoor capacity is 200 guests, but additional guests can be accommodated outdoors. The additional fee for more than 200 guests is $150 for each additional increment of 10 guests. If a weekday is a holiday, the Sunday rate will apply. Holiday rates follow our standard Sunday pricing. Pricing may vary on New Year’s Eve, and Christmas – contact us for details.

What is included in a wedding reception package?
Most wedding reception packages include venue rental, tables and chairs, linens, basic décor, catering options, and staff support. Depending on your chosen package, you may also receive bar service, entertainment setup, and bridal suite access.
Can we BYOB?
Clients may provide their own alcoholic beverages, however, a partnered TABC-licensed and insured bartending service must serve it. Guests are not permitted to bring their own beverages. .
How far in advance should we reserve?
It’s best to book your wedding reception venue 12–18 months in advance, especially if you’re planning a weekend or peak-season wedding. Early booking ensures you get your preferred date and enough time to coordinate vendors.
Is security required?
We require security and will arrange it on your behalf for a flat fee of $200 per guard for up to 5 hours. Additional hours are $40 per hour per guard.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes, complimentary parking is available.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 5% discount if you pay in full at the time of booking with cash, check, money order or Apple Pay.
