Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes, outside decorators, florists, and entertainment are welcome.

Is alcohol service allowed?

Bartender(s) are included in all 8-12 hour party rentals. If you have a 6 hour rental, the fee will be $800 for up to 100 guests and $1600 for guest counts over 100. This fee includes your secutiry also.

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes, complimentary parking is available.

Is security required?

Security is included in all 8-12 hour party rentals. If you have a 6 hour rental, the fee will be $325 for up to 100 guests and $650 for guest counts over 100.
