Our team provides concierge support, setup, and cleanup, allowing you to focus on connecting with your guests instead of managing logistics. Tables, chairs, and sound systems are included, with plenty of space for up to 200 guests indoors and additional seating outside as needed. Whether you’re honoring tradition, celebrating accomplishments, or simply bringing people together, The Gardens offers the flexibility and thoughtful service to make your event meaningful and memorable.

Our maximum indoor capacity is 200 guests, but additional guests can be accommodated outdoors.

 

$500 plus $15 per person in groups of 8.

What’s the deposit to book?

A $500 deposit secures your date and is applied to your balance.

How many guests can we invite?

Our capacity is 200 indoors and 300 outdoors.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes, outside decorators, florists, and entertainment are welcome.

Is alcohol service allowed?

Clients may provide their own alcoholic beverages, however, a partnered TABC-licensed and insured bartending service must serve it. Guests are not permitted to bring their own beverages.

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes, complimentary parking is available.

Is security required?

We require security if alcohol is present and will arrange it on your behalf for a flat fee of $200 per guard for up to 5 hours. Additional hours are $40 per hour per guard.

What’s the retainer to book?

A $500 retainer secures your date and is applied to your balance.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 5% discount if you pay in full at the time of booking with cash, check, money order or Apple Pay.
