Beautiful venue, loved the stream and bridge in the middle of the garden. Definitely a hidden gem tucked away in Helotes, the entire outdoor area was perfect for a sunset wedding and photographed extremely well and easy! 10/10 would recommend anyone in the area to check out this venue, I cant wait to photograph another wedding here!

Our Son’s wedding was held here in November on a Saturday.
The day was chilly and rainy. Outdoor heaters were arranged and helped the guests seated outside to be comfortable. The help we received in planning was stellar. Many possibilities were discussed that we might not have thought about. The guidance we received in planning was essential in having the best possible outcome. It was so well planned that our guests didn’t leave even though it rained on and off because they were enjoying themselves. Thank you.

It’s almost impossible to truly explain how beautiful this venue is. The atmosphere and location is perfect. You feel like you aren’t close to any big cities and so private. The night felt truly magical. Vicki helped make sure our everything leading up to the big day was smooth and went over everything to make sure nothing was missed! I would recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I had the most amazing wedding at this gorgeous venue a few weeks ago!!
Vicki was so nice and super responsive to all of our questions. The bride’s house was a really nice touch and a great place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready before the wedding. Everyone had an amazing time and I’d highly recommend this venue for weddings! Also, I’d highly recommend going with Thirsty Bear Bartending, the preferred bartending service for The Gardens At Old Town Helotes. The bar was full all night!

From the start Vicki was very kind , helpful and informative through out the process.
Her customer service is one of a kind. She made her self available when we needed her. The venue is beautiful itself, all the trees near the dance floor are lit with lots of lights ( my personal fav). The ceremony (area) view has the most gorgeous background. You have access to both indoor and outdoor.

This is a beautiful venue located in the heart of old town Helotes.
I cannot say enough good things about the venue and the owner, Vicki. The venue is BEAUTIFUL and the staff was extremely helpful. The outside grounds are amazing and always well kept. Thank you Vicki for allowing us to capture this bridal portrait session at Gardens at Old Town Helotes!
