At Gardens at Old Town, we make it easy to host a holiday party that’s festive and unforgettable. Every holiday party package includes the essentials you need to celebrate the season in style.

- Seating for up to 200 guests indoors and 300 outdoors, with up to 10 guests per table
- Round and rectangle tables, and white padded chairs
- Provide your own caterer and vendors (we can help with recommendations)
- Provide your own alcoholic beverages (must be served by our partnered TABC-licensed and insured bartending service)
- Sound system suitable for background music
- Picturesque photo opportunities – gardens, waterfalls, bridges, and Hill Country views for timeless photos
- Complimentary parking

Holiday Party Package
Our maximum indoor capacity is 200 guests, but additional guests can be accommodated outdoors.
$500 plus $15 per person in groups of 8.

A $500 deposit secures your date and is applied to your balance.

Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, outside decorators, florists, and entertainment are welcome.
Is alcohol service allowed?
Clients may provide their own alcoholic beverages, however, a partnered TABC-licensed and insured bartending service must serve it. Guests are not permitted to bring their own beverages.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes, complimentary parking is available.
Is security required?
We require security if alcohol is present and will arrange it on your behalf for a flat fee of $200 per guard for up to 5 hours. Additional hours are $40 per hour per guard.
What’s the retainer to book?
A $500 retainer secures your date and is applied to your balance.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a 5% discount if you pay in full at the time of booking with cash, check, money order or Apple Pay.
